No! NRQPIC llc only desires to certify every qualified applicant.
Applicants who apply and fail to satisfy NRQPIC llc’s stringent requirements will be denied certification.

Applicants whose qualification cannot be confirmed in a manner acceptable to NRQPIC llc will be denied certification without refund.

Decisions of NRQPIC llc’s certification panel are final.

At the same time, NRQPIC doesn’t want unqualified individuals to lose money by paying application fees they will not get the benefit of a certification for…. NRQPIC urges applicants to read carefully requirements to best help applicants to satisfy as many conditions as possible for certification BEFORE applying for their desired certification(s).
