Who can endorse?

At this time NRQPIC llc will only accept endorsements from pre-approved organizations which serve their local community with a long history of hiring skilled and ethical interpreters for accommodation; whose company is recognized in the community they serve as behaving professionally and ethically with excellence; and whose appointed officials have pledged and contracted to report honestly about applicants’ qualifications to satisfy aspects required by NRQPIC llc for the certification(s) sought.

What is required of NRQPIC llc approved endorsing organizations?
