What’s your return policy?

No Refunds.

NRQPIC llc urges all interested individuals to make sure they meet as many of our strict certification standards as possible before paying application fee to begin the path toward potential certification.  Individuals who do not yet satisfy all benchmarks required will be declined certification.  There will be no refunds nor credits for failed and/or incomplete applications.  Applicants who fail initial certification processes will be encouraged to evaluate their application against NRQPIC llc’s standards and pay for re-application when they believe they have the best chance to gain the certification they are most qualified to receive.

Again, we emphasize, apply carefully, faulty application processes will likely result in declined certification without refund.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Most communication will be via email.  Only if stringent requirements for certification are met will certification be granted.  In that case certificate will be mailed to the address you specify in your application process.
